Mystic Wellness is a wellness brand founded by Debbie Dhyan Pacheco, a first-generation Salvadoran facilitator based in San Francisco. Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and ritual, she creates experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect and remember themselves. Her retreats and events travel across California and Mexico, and she is now turning toward El Salvador as the next place to hold space.
Mystic Wellness is built around gathering people with intention: retreats, sound baths, breathwork and ritual for those ready to come home to themselves. Every experience is designed, held and remembered, which is exactly the sensibility a beautiful property is trusting a creator to carry.
Mystic Wellness leads retreats and wellness experiences across California and Mexico, including destination retreats in Tulum and Joshua Tree. These are curated, intimate gatherings: women who travel with purpose, invest in their wellbeing and remember where they felt most held.
Beyond retreats, Mystic Wellness designs and facilitates wellness programming for corporate teams, including a recent large-scale activation with Google. This is reach that lives well beyond a social feed: real rooms, real audiences and organizations that book Debbie to move their people.
I don't create content about rooms and rates. I tell the story of a place through the body, what it feels like to arrive, to exhale, to let the nervous system settle. My work gives a property visibility as a destination for rest, and invites a wellness-minded audience to see El Salvador as somewhere worth traveling to disconnect.
Who they are Wellness-minded women who budget for retreats and intentional travel, and who look to me for where to go and how to disconnect. Alongside them, a growing email community of nearly 500 and corporate audiences at Google, OpenAI, Salesforce and Intuit, reach that lives well beyond any single feed.
As a first-generation Salvadoran, I am intentionally reconnecting with El Salvador through travel, wellness and storytelling, while exploring the country as a future home for Mystic Wellness experiences and retreats.
I want to share El Salvador through a wellness and intentional-travel lens: its properties, nature, food, cacao, coffee and the local businesses shaping its future. For a property, that means content made with care, and the beginning of a relationship that could grow into something far larger than a single stay.
I partner with properties to create content that lives at the intersection of travel, wellness and place. Collaborations are tailored to each property and partnership rather than a fixed package, and can include:
I am also interested in developing long-term relationships with select properties that could host future Mystic Wellness retreats and group experiences. A collaboration can begin with a single stay and grow into something ongoing.
